Most clients train 2–3 times per week for the best results. We'll talk through what makes sense for your schedule and goals during your free first session.
A brief warm-up, your main program (strength, cardio, or a combination based on your goals), and a cooldown. Every session ends with notes on what we covered and what's next.
Monthly packages range from $75–$90 per session depending on frequency and your location in St. Charles County. Single sessions are $95–$100. The first session is always free.
