No — it's included with every monthly training package at no extra charge. Jacob believes you can't effectively coach someone physically without addressing what they eat.

Do I have to track calories or macros?

Not necessarily. Some clients thrive with macro tracking. Others do better with a simpler habit-based approach. I'll figure out which style works best for you and your lifestyle.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

All nutrition guidance is built around your specific needs — allergies, intolerances, preferences, and lifestyle. I don't use templates or generic plans.

How quickly will I see results from better nutrition?

Most clients notice energy and sleep improvements within 2–3 weeks. Fat loss typically follows within the first month when training and nutrition are properly aligned.
