Is stress management coaching a separate paid service?

No — it's built into every client relationship. Jacob doesn't believe you can effectively coach someone physically without addressing the mental and lifestyle factors driving their behavior.

How does exercise help with stress?

Exercise reduces cortisol and adrenaline — the primary stress hormones — while stimulating endorphin production. The effect is both immediate (within one session) and cumulative over consistent training.

I'm not ready to start. Is that normal?

Completely normal — and it's the mindset I work with most. The free first session has zero commitment. You don't have to be ready. You just have to show up once.

Can this help with anxiety?

Many of my clients report significant anxiety reduction through consistent training paired with mindset work. This isn't therapy — but it's a proven complement to it.
